Teaching in Shanghai

During April of this year I had the pleasure of spending two weeks in Shanghai, teaching at the East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL). ECUPL has a longstanding collaboration agreement with the School of Law at City University of Hong Kong, whereby ECUPL students visit Hong Kong to further their legal education and CityUHK professors visit ECUPL's Songjiang campus in Shanghai to teach in a different legal environment. To a group of second-year law students at ECUPL, I taught my Hong Kong Legal Methods, Research and Writing course on a (very) intensive basis. I look forward to being reacquainted with some of the ECUPL students as they come to Hong Kong on an exchange in September.
